Same form, same platinum edging, just slightly different flowers. I have been caught out on this one before because at a quick glance they are very similar. I did find two dinner plates in your pattern here: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=260679727441

My pattern is this one:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250050442186

I have a big platter, a round (actually octagonal) serving bowl and a gravy boat. I keep wanting to sell them but then I look at them again and don't. I'm weak. WEAK, I tell you. What good will all this stuff do me in the Coming Zombie Apocalypse, anyway? :)Maria Stahlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01860866965815658652noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7157754340221650294.post-38066310857439391342010-09-20T13:47:29.756-05:002010-09-20T13:47:29.756-05:00What a motherlode! Isn't it amazing how a dishwasher can completely destroy stuff--but now at least you have an old bowl that YOU can put in the dishwasher and not worry about it. Auctions are so much fun and the deals are almost always fabulous.Vintage Christinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12442933020568560373noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7157754340221650294.post-12299528953632268002010-09-20T09:06:18.242-05:002010-09-20T09:06:18.242-05:001. I have that same HL pattern with the pretty yellow flowers and have never been able to ID it, either. It has a 1920s feel to me, though I may be wrong.
3. Repeat after me: We do not polish vintage copper. The patina is part of the beauty of it.

What fun! I like seeing your auction finds because I save a lot of money that way, not having to actually buy anything myself. Keep it up.Maria Stahlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01860866965815658652noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7157754340221650294.post-56882594019810847592010-09-20T06:48:03.588-05:002010-09-20T06:48:03.588-05:00Gee, such great deals!Gee, such great deals!1950s Atomic Ranch Househttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02460669868967006928noreply@blogger.com
